Electronic data is held on an electronic database, mood board and space planning applications, CAD software, as well as microsoft word, excel, powerpoint. All electronic equipment is password protected.

Paper based notes, drawings, sketches are kept in a client file stored in a secured locked cabinet.
Our Company securely stores your comment data on our main SQL server maintained and secured by our hosting company. This information is retained indefinitely to ensure comments can still be displayed appropriately on the site.
All email communication is conducted via an email client held on a secure computer with a username and password, and is encrypted to protect against theft. Details are held for a maximum of three years or until business is concluded and details are no longer required.
What we do with data
We collect data to allow us to correspond with you and to carry our our interiors design or home editing services.
