About our decluttering service

Doesn’t the idea of a clean, uncluttered space with a place for everything sound very attractive? Space is at a premium and it can become overwhelming when we can’t find things or feel out of control in our own home. We can declutter any room in your home to free up valuable space – whether it’s your kitchen cupboards, larder, home office, garage or the kid’s playroom, our decluttering service will organise the space so it is calm, chaos-free and organised. We provide simple storage solutions that are effective and easy to maintain.

How it works

As every client’s home and needs are different, we offer a free initial consultation via phone or videocall where we discuss your individual goals, lifestyle, function of the space and time scale. We give you an estimate for the time we believe the project will take and any potential further costs for storage solutions (hangers, labels, jars, storage baskets etc) which we can either buy in advance, or we can buy together after the first phase of the declutter. You will be able to ask questions about our decluttering service and we will get to know each other so you are left feeling confident and excited about the visit.

Next steps

On the day of our visit, we will arrive ready to work straight away. Please don’t feel worried or stressed about anything – our decluttering service is a fun and enjoyable experience.
We sign the confidentiality agreement together prior to starting.
We take the “before” photographs so you can fully appreciate how wonderful the changes are at the end of the process – of course we also take the “after” pictures!
Generally, we work together to edit and reorganise the space, but we can work alone if you prefer. Being part of the experience gives a better sense of control and allows you to learn new methods for purging your belongings, how to let go and how to keep them neat and tidy.

How much does a decluttering service cost?

£50 per hour (per person minimum 3 hours)

£240 per day (per person minimum 5 hours) i.e. 10-4pm.

We find that 5hrs is usually enough as it can be exhausting and overwhelming for many people. However, if you are happy to do more hours this is an option at a pro-rata rate.

Client to pay any parking costs or congestions charges where applicable.

For removal of charity or recycling bags there is a charge of £25 (5 bags max). Unfortunately, we are unable to take furniture but can arrange collection by the local authority for you.
